Gymstick Exclusively at Nafas Fitness Studio. Incorporating a stick connected to two resistance bands, these sticks are as effective as lifting free weights. You'll recieve a full body workout improving balance, posture, core and muscle strength along with endurance. All levels are welcome. Space is limited.
TABATA TRAINING High intensity interval training. It consists of eight rounds of ultra high intensity exercises in a specific 20 seconds on 10 seconds off interval. All levels are welcome. (modifications are available)
NAFAS CIRCUIT This class is a combination of cardio, strength and resistance training. Using treadmills, weights, TRX bands, bosu balls, RMT clubs and more. A typical Nafas Circuit workout is 50-55 minutes in length. All levels welcome.

Zumba Toning Zumba toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a blast! Fun routines with added shaker weights to increase the intensity. Shaker weights are provided.

Pilates Is a non-inpact system of excersise that focuses on the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine. Lengthing and strengthing resulting in long ,lean, strong, but flexible muscles without the bulk.
Booty Bunz Exclusively at Nafas! The name says it all; we're focusing on the buns! We want to tighten and tone with a series of squats, lunges, and inner thigh exercises. We promise you will feel the burn! (45 min class)
Belly Dance Basics This course is designed for all levels. Sturdents will learn basic belly dance technique including postures, isolations, traveling steps and simple combinations. No dance experience necessary.
Adult Tap Have you always wanted to take tap class? Now is your opportunity! Burn calories and feel good about yourself while creating rhythms with your feet! This class is so much fun you will be hooked! This class will teach you basic rhythm combinations and barre exercises. (Tap shoes are needed)
Adult Ballet This is a classical ballet technique class that includes barre and acrosss the floor combinations. All levels welcome. (This class is offered once a month.)
Adult Lyrical A fusion of ballet and jazz dance techniques, challenges dancers to use movement to interpret music and express emotions. You will be learning a routine and basic movements across the floor. (This class is offered once a month.)
Yoga Basic This class is designed for the beginner or anyone who wants a more calming, gentle practice with soothing music done in a warm room.
Slow Flow Slow flow is a mindful, slowly paced yoga class that incorporates conscious flowing of breath with movement of the body. Appropriate for all levels.
All Levels This class is designed to fit the needs of all levels. During this class, classic yoga poses are practiced with an emphasis on alignment and options for modifications. This class is appropriate for people brand new to yoga as well as folks who have been practicing for some time.
Vinyasa Sun Salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, back bends, core isolations and strengthening. Special emphasis is placed on moving into and out of postures safely, correct alignment, using breath, and learning to quiet the mind. (Music may vary)
Core Strength Vinyasa This class incorporates elements from traditional vinyasa, kundalini, and Tai Chi. Movements done at a slower pace wiith an emphasis on the deep inner body core. Strengthen your core, and reconnect with your inner self in a fun and innovated vinyasa flow.
Short Form Ashtanga A method of yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat. Improves circulation, and creates a strong body and calm mind.
Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga In this class you will be learning postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery and the after effects of birth. The class creates strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for the pregnant womens needs.
Restorative Flow A class built to create healthy posture, gain strength while flowing through longer holding postures to decrease stress and tightness in the body/mind. The second part of class provides extremely relaxing and healing restorative poses that can help create a peaceful state of mind.
Yin Yoga Yin yoga works deeply into muscles and connective tissues through extended holds of grounded postures. This one hour class is great for those looking to restore flexibility and/or work deeply into joints and tissues that are "locked up" from past injuries. Yin yoga specifically targets the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Bolsters, yoga blocks and blankets are provided.
